What is Energetic Music Therapy?
It is a new approach to sound therapy in which FrAnck Nabet, musician and researcher, has combined a psychological, sono-somesthesic (perception of sound by the body) and energetic approach.
The musical instrument that You Are is constantly infused with Life.
But do you hear this divine breath and what it whispers to You?
Do you let it play through you?
If something sounds false in the way you are playing, it might be that you have not yet taken the full measure of the instrument that You Are, but also that you have not yet been able to – or do not know how – to listen deeply.
Your listening space is polluted with all sorts of “noises” and interferences which act as distorting filters creating dissonances.
In this approach, attunement to your true nature is achieved with the support of sound: its waves and vibrations, its different frequencies and all their harmonics.
It operates in 2 steps using musical instruments including voice, specially designed frequency sequences and sound elixirs:
– deconstruction: breaking the structure of all crystallisations that are causing distortions.
– reinformation: letting your body, its organs and its cells feed themselves on the vibrational information provided for them to attune to Life, to their natural state of health.
The sound information provided is designed according to the cosmic laws of Life, therefore it never forces the cells into any adaptive mode: they simply absorb whatever information they naturally need to rebalance holistically.

Identifying your vibratory identity frequency.
In this approach, the unique vibration that You Are is said to belong to a “vibratory identity family”.
This representative system is based on the 7 notes of the scale, each family being associated by resonance with a note.
To know the frequency of your incarnated form -the fundamental note which "tunes" all your energy/matter body- gives information on your path of Life, your qualities, your mode of creation, your interests, your wounds, the nature of your potential false notes, the different somatisation and pathologies your body may experience …It also gives information on all the other notes the vibrations of which your Being will be experiencing by resonance.

Frequency treatments
It is the masculine pole of Energetic Music Therapy. Deeply nourishing and effective.
The frequencies and harmonics that the body needs to return to harmony and health are conveyed through speakers.
When speakers are directly in contact with the physical body: they inform each cell of each organ which absorbs the information it needs to regenerate.
In a sweep of the energy field around the body, they work on the decrystallisation of the mental and emotional subtle bodies.
Sound Elixirs
The sound elixirs contain particular sound waves tuned to the 432Hz tuning fork.
The frequencies are crystallised in purified water, diluted in alcohol and embellished with an essential oil which contributes to the maintenance of the vibratory message.
They create a resonance bridge between our material and non-material structure: they consist of three ranges which act either on the deprogramming or on the re-information of the energy field. They work on different plans, realigning our different physical and energetic vibratory structures.
